I have always loved the "natural, wavy" look, but could never achieve it with my thick, long un-curlable hair! I finally purchased this curling wand and I LOVE it. It takes a bit longer, but I am hoping the time will decrease with time. It can be quite curly right away after I curl it, but the curls fall as the day goes on, and I love the look by mid-day. I also love the relaxed waves the second day. I don't know how they do it, but my long un-curlable hair finally curls and gives me natural waves. I received my Cortex 4 in 1 curler a few weeks ago and so far I am loving it! The curler comes with 4 different barrel sizes that are interchangeable and also is included with a heat resistant glove. I would recommend using the glove the first few times using the curler just to get the feel of how it works since it is a little different than your normal hair curler. I will admit, I have burnt my fingers a few times already using this curler. The product comes with a life time warranty. I am not sure if Amazon or the third party are an authorized seller but i did register my product today and listed Amazon as the seller and it went through. Also, if you are having a hard time getting used to using this wand, there are several tutorial videos all over youtube on how to use this clipless curler.
